Q4: Machine interface and language

Most automated machines adopts API communication, the equipment equipped with HMI screen in many language options. More languages will be available to meet the market demands.

Q5: Is there any risk if the film absorbs moisture before pressure thermoforming?

Dental sheet or roll will absorb moisture when exposed to air which may cause the risk of  blistering and bubbles inside when thermoforming due to high temperature. The unique design of moisture absorbing device inside the material box will remove your concerns effectively. It is recommended to use up all film materials within one shift.

Q6: How to evaluate fitting effect between the aligner and teeth model?

After thermoforming, observe the imprints at the junction of teeth and gums. If clear and distinguishable, no bubble or gap inside, consistent thickness, then the thermoforming quality is acceptable. Otherwise, the braces may not fit well.

Q7: What about the film width for thermoforming?

The automated thermoforming machine is compatible for film width within the range of 100-137mm. But for one machine, you should always use the same width.
