1. The titanium drum is a cathode used in the production of electrolytic
copper foil which is suitable for Lithium Ion Battery, copper clad
laminate(CCL), printed-circuit board(PCB), 5G communication, Standard copper
foil, High temperature and high elongation copper foil, Low profile copper
foil.

3.5 The total run-out of the cathode roller facing the two bearings: ≤

3.6 Circular end face run-out of cathode roller: ≤ 0.05mm
3.7 Titanium layer material: TA1 GB3620-2007
3.8 Titanium layer thickness: ≥ 10mm (seamless spun or welded titanium
cylinder)
3.9 Titanium layer Grain grade: ≥Gr. 10, GB6394-2007 , provided inspection
report
3.10 Titanium layer finish surface: Ra 0.2μm
3.11 Surface condition: without oil stains, pinholes, indentations,
scratches, color differences, spots, cracks, or other quality and appearance
defects.
3.12 Equipped by HPVC insulating ring, T2 conducting ring, Bearing and
locking sleeve and gear
